Description: This annotation feature class contains the recorded and frontage dimensions related to the TaxParcel feature class, and the right of way widths related to the RightOfWay feature class. The recorded dimensions are found on recorded documents. They represent the dimensions of the platted land. The frontage dimensions are generally not found on recorded documents. They are the actual dimensions of the tax parcel along the road. The frontage dimensions are not present if there is a deflection in the frontage line. Acreage parcels also do not contain frontage dimensions. These dimensions are mainly used for assessing purposes. Right of way width dimensions are generally found on recorded documents. This feature class is not visible until the user is zoomed into 1:6,000.
