The data was created by the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG), however field names were slightly modified to comply with County standards. The key attributes are LandUse and Developed. LandUse contains codes that represent various land uses and land covers and Developed is a simple Yes/No whether the land is developed.
