A spatial representation of Tax Parcels that coincides with the Post March Board of Review Data Warehouse load. These are the 2003 tax parcel polygons as they existed for State Equalization of the 2004 Assessment Roll. This polygon feature class is derived from the Parcel polygon feature class, based on a common PIN value. Key attributes include Pin and PinFlag. The Pin is the unique parcel identification number (PIN) used to link the parcel to the parcel attributes which are stored and maintained in Oakland County land records. The PinFlag is necessary to manage one-to-many occurrences between parcels and tax parcel identification numbers, (i.e. building condominiums). |
