This 1-meter resolution raster dataset was created and adapted by Sanborn. It provides a five-class enhanced land cover level I classification of the Rouge River watershed area within Oakland County, Michigan conducted by Accuracy Assessment for Alliance of Rouge Communities (ARC) on May 4, 2010. The data was initially delivered by Sanborn in Erdas Imagine (.IMG) raster format on a per community basis; however each individual community raster was loaded individually to create this comprehensive mosaic. No changes to attribution, projection or cell values occurred during this process. Actual collection of the field data occurred in the spring of 2008 by the United States Geological Survey (USGS). |
